The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center says there's a wave danger for both the Philippines and Indonesia. Dangerous waves are conceivable inside around 180 miles of the focal point, authorities said. 

The shake hit east of Pondaguitan at a profundity of around 40 miles. No harm or wounds were promptly announced. 

The National Weather Service said that no wave peril is normal for the U.S. West Coast.

"It would appear that nothing alarming occurred, similar to a breakdown of a structure," Jalad told correspondents. 

Air terminals, ocean ports, and key framework were generally unaffected by the shudder, while all staff was represented, the vehicle service said. 

A sometimes utilized air terminal in the southern Davao Oriental area had minor breaks on the runway, yet there was no harm to the traveler terminal structure, it said. 

The Philippines' seismology office at first cautioned of the danger of harm, delayed repercussions, and a tidal wave, yet it later said information displayed there was no danger of a dangerous wave. 

The U.S. Public Weather Service and Hawaii Emergency Management additionally said there was no danger of a wave for the U.S. West Coast or Hawaii.
